Welcome to YES Communities, where we're proud to be part of the welcoming Leonard Gardens Community Park. We're excited to share that we have a newly modernized manufactured home available, built just four years ago. This lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom home could be the perfect place for you and your family, with a warm atmosphere and ready for you to move in.
At Leonard Gardens, we believe in fostering connections and community spirit. Join us for our wonderful events, like enjoying complimentary doughnuts and coffee on Friday mornings, where you can meet your neighbors and share a friendly chat. Our monthly newsletter is packed with activities that bring everyone together! We've also added a beautiful new playground, along with basketball courts for some fun and recreation, not to mention our recently updated Clubhouse where everyone is welcome.
We'd love for you to make this beautiful home your own. Come see it for yourself, and imagine the memories you can create here! M
